TICA EW CHARITY OUTREACH
TICA is about Cats, first and foremost! We do realise that not all cats out there have the best starts in life or need a little extra help from time to time. We firmly believe ALL cats deserve to be living their Best Lives. Here in the EW Region we work with some small privately funded Cat Rescue and Charity organisations, to assist them in helping cats in need. This often takes place at shows with our FEED THE RING program, raffles taking place throughout the year with the proceeds going to one of our chosen charities and our TICA EW TWERPS Scheme where a percentage of monies raised from the Scheme go to Charities we support.
Clubs in the various Regions had various fundraisers and asked for donations for our UKRAINE Fund to help Cats, Kittens and Cat Breeders to feed their pets during the war, our work is ongoing and if you would like to donate or offer support to UKRAINE CATS, do contact us.

CHARITY CO ORDINATOR
The lovely Sue Howson known to many members for "showing you her plaque" and a multiple winner of Member of the Year, has kindly agreed to co-ordinate our work with charities over the next year. Sue is a brilliant fundraiser and has assisted the EW Region in raising money for many worthy causes. Let's see what we can do as a Region to ease the plight of cats in need.
As a small note this Festive Season, please try an pop some Cat food or any pet food into the Food collection bin, many in need families have pets too and must be worried about how to feed them this festive season. Thank You.
